TGS09: Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker y el demo de la TGS09

Gracias a la página de IGN les traemos esta (super) noticia para todos los fans de esta saga, y es que está disponible el demo que se distribuye en la Tokyo Game Show 2009 por parte de Konami y de Kojima Studios. Y para no quedarnos atrás con esta escelente noticia, les pongo el link de donde podrán descargarlo y ser felices un rato, claro que hay algunos detallitos que les pongo a continuación.

* El demo está en japonés.
* Necesitas el Firmware 6.0 en el PSP.
* Descarga descomprime el archivo del link.
* Instala el archivo conectando tu PSP a la compu en el modo USB.
* En la computadora ve al folder PSP, luego al folder game, ahí pon el archivo «NPJH90063».

Un último punto, si obtienen un rank A o S pueden conseguir un wallpaper exclusivo para el PSP. Además si tienen a otro amigo con el demo pueden jugar en el modo cooperativo. Por cualquier cosa les dejo el link que los lleva directamente al sitio de IGN.

Y pues como está en japonés y sabemos que no le vas a entender, en el foro de IGN pusieron un pequeño walkthrough que les copypasteo a continuación.

GENERAL CONTROLS:

Analog Stick – Move Snake

D-Pad Down – Toggle between kneel and stand, hold to lie down (but not to crawl?)
D-Pad Up – Multi-Use Action Button. Stealth button for hugging walls.
D-Pad Right – Choose Weapon (use Square/Circle to choose)
D-Pad Left – Choose Item (use Square/Circle to choose)

Button Pad (Triangle, Square, Circle, X) – Camera
Right Trigger – Attack with CQC
Left Trigger – Attack with Weapon (use Right Trigger to shoot after aiming)

Select – Toggle Auto-Aim
Start – Toggle Utilities, such as Map, Comm, etc.

==AREA ONE:

SECTION ONE:

This shows a bunch of soldiers training. This is where you learn the controls. Hit Start to skip. Otherwise, follow the commander’s commands (given with Button indicators) to test out the controls.

SECTION TWO:

There is a beach and some items to pick up. You can go back down the path you came from to get rations, and there are other items around the beach.

This may be a good time to try out some target practice, especially with the auto-aim (if you care) since there’s an item that will lock the aim. Try to lock onto the soldier grave sites, and then also try to bullseye the buoys in the water and the coconuts in the trees.

To open the gate, (Spoiler, sort of) equip the grenades and blow down the gate (highlight this text to remove spoilers). Proceed up the path and this will take you to a new area.

SECTION THREE:

This is a chance to test your CQC. Sneak up on the soldier on the right and use the R button for CQC. Use the Analog Stick to knock him into the ground. Sneak around the soldiers patrolling this place (and pick up items hidden up on ledges if you want) and you will pass the area, which ends the Tutorial section of the game.

=AREA TWO=

SECTION ONE:

There are two guards patrolling the road around the truck up ahead. Watch their pattern to find out a way through the area. The farthest guard will take a hike up the hill after a while, leaving his buddy unguarded. This may be a good time to try out some of your Items and Techniques. You can remove bodies from the battlefield, for instance (equip the Fulton Sys Balloon to do this), and you can search soldiers for items. Either way, duck and hit the Up D-Pad button to mess with downed soldiers.

The road to the right of the truck is blocked, so head up the road once the way is clear. It looks like there is a fork in the road, but Snake will auto-choose his route. Keep moving.

SECTION TWO:

These does not seem to be much in this area. Collect items and move on.

SECTION THREE:

Two soldiers are posted on the bank of the river. Make your way towards the roadway up at the top of the area by the best of means.

SECTION FOUR:

You now enter a guarded village. Troops are all around, so use stealth. The Love Pack box may also be a handy item to use here. The road is blocked at the end, here you’ll have to fight your way through them all and take the hill to pass the Area.
